Margaret’s creative practice stems from her identity as a proud neurodivergent artist. Her process combines research and experimentation, and she strives to create experiential spaces for dance, opera, and theatre. Her recent work seeks to combine design and social activism, with a particular focus on feminist perspectives, sustainability, and accessibility.

She has designed for renowned choreographers Rodney Diverlus, Kunal Ranchod, Valerie Calam, and Jesse Obremski, developed work under director Nick Renton and for producers Louis Laberge-Côté and Vicki St.Denys, and worked alongside award-winning designers such as Rachel Forbes, Melanie McNeill, and Patrick Lavender.

Margaret is also a trained and practising stage manager, technical director, and department head/supervisor for wardrobe, carpentry, properties, and scenic painting and continues to be available for work in these areas!
